Our Second Round Raise

Our project has rapidly progressed since our launch back in 2018. Our fast progress developing our infrastructure at our key site in Zimbabwe has been supported by a new company valuation announcement, which has increased even before reaching the fully operational milestone, a 2021 timeline projection.

We began issuing shares at £0.10p during our first-round raise, we then reached our target of £8.1M at the beginning of 2020.

Baker Tilly, independent accounting and consulting firm have recently valued our operation at US $210M. Therefore shares are currently worth £0.56p (approximately US $0.77) from the very first raise starting at £0.10p – this is more than 5X the value this is prior to our fully operational state.

For a short period only we are offering a discounted share price at £0.28p / share on this pre-IPO opportunity.
Putting things into perspective…

Well known Canadian cannabis company Canopy Growth back in 2014 initially listed shares of the capital pool company at $0.85 per share. Your initial investment of US$5,000 would have turned into well over $106,000, right before Canopy’s reverse takeover.

Eco Equity’s CEO spoke with ProActive investors about the IPO projection:
“We have different options, we may look at dual-listing. For now, we are talking to corporate advisers about the best strategy and we will deliver on what’s best for our investors, be that the NEX market [now the Aquis Stock Exchange], AIM or in Canada on the TSX. We are confident that Eco Equity will be listed in 2021!”

During the COVID-19 outbreak, surrounding markets have suffered a deficit and witnessed huge losses across the globe including some of the world’s biggest stock market indexes [1].

The cannabis industry however has remained resilient and ‘recession proof’ during turbulent times according to Prohibition Partners, the specialist cannabis industry data and intelligence firm [2] 1/6/20

Eco710 is the e-commerce CBD arm of Eco Equity. Our knowledge and experience in the cultivation of cannabis has allowed us to confidently venture into this sector of the industry, we grow it and we sell it!

Our CEO recently spoke with ProActive investors about this exciting project:

“We’ve firmly been concentrating on the cultivation side of things and medicinal applications and markets. But for us to move onto the next level in terms of CBD, it was essential for us to move into the retail space so we will be launching our retail brand.”
